Once you've alerted Home Aids Services of the issue, our engineers will be with you within 24 hours, equipped with a wide range of spares to try to rectify the problem on the first visit. If a specific part that we don't have on hand is required, it will be ordered at no additional charge for a second visit, keeping those costs low. The team at Home Aids Services work hard to deliver, install and dispose of your old appliance on the same day, if ordered before midday. This way we can reduce the time your appliance is out of service and help you get back up and running as quickly as possible.

Finding the best solution for your situation

Although we do focus on repairs, helping you get more out of your appliances, there are instances when a replacement is a more economical solution. If this is the case, we can supply and install new appliances at homes across Crewe, Stoke-On-Trent and surrounding locations such as Tunstall, Newcastle, Longton and Kidsgrove. 

CHARGES FOR SERVICE CALLS:

We accept cash, cheque and all major cards. Payment is due at the time of our service call.

Our service charge is a one-off labour charge to cover the entire repair. There are no time charges or hourly rates, so you know exactly the cost of labour before we begin. We do, however, reserve the right to charge a surcharge for some built-in appliances where a large amount of dismantling of kitchen fittings is needed to gain sufficient access for repair.

We will also charge a surcharge for drum bearing changes where the tub needs to be lifted out of the appliance. This charge is included in our fixed-price drum bearing change price list.
